Lloyds Bank Redesign

With the emergence of challenger banks many Legacy/Mainstreet banks have lost popularity especially among the Millenials and emerging GenZ. This is largely due to their offering several innovative features such as branchless services, easy and intuitively designed interfaces etc. New product offerings have been proposed to drive better engagement with the GenZ and to retain existing millenial consumers through retirement and health inusrance products as well as a redesigned intuitive user interface.
